As always the Sun Valley Summer Symphony started off with a bang.
Our beloved maestro Alasdair Neale led the orchestra through Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 in F Minor (not without first explaining the intricacies of each of the four movements).
The tent was packed. The lawn was filled with picnic blankets, plastic wine goblets, families, couples, babies, and puppies. And, the concert ended with a standing ovation.
If you missed opening night, lucky for you there are plenty more shows to attend. Running from July 29th to August 13th, the Sun Valley Summer Symphony is a series of free concerts on the Sun Valley Esplanade Tent.
