First Lady Lori Otter, who was in town for the Danny Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament, sat down with Plum's Karen Day. The First Lady discussed the preparations for the 2009 International Special Olympics, hosted by Idaho, and her work with the grassroots-funded Idaho Meth Project. The Idaho Meth Project (based on the Montana Meth Projects) seeks to "unsell meth" to by presenting the harsh realities of the drug to teens & young adults. The First Lady also shared her thoughts about life in the public eye and described her new trail horse, Cooper.
